Niger Delta activist and former Minister for environment, Annkio Briggs, has decribed Nigeria as entity of evil, made for evil by Frederick Lugard.
Briggs, made the statement following the discharge and acquit of former Director-General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Mr Patrick Akpobolokemi, by appeal Court over alleged N2.6 billion fraud.
Anti-graft Agency had on December 4, 2015, arraigned Akpobolokemi alongside five others for allegedly diverting N2.6billion from the coffers of NIMASA between December 2013 and May 2015.
Briggs reacting to Akpobolokemi’s discharge in a post on her social media page, obtained by Orsu24news.com, described Nigeria as a country of evil, by evil and for evil.
She said that the arrest and torture of Akpobolokemi was out of hatred just because he is an Ijaw man from Niger Delta.
Briggs said that the hatred was because he was appointed by former President Goodluck Jonathan who is also an Ijaw man from Niger Delta.
Her Post Reads: “So the arrest, physical abuse, rights abuse, jailed for 3 years, emotional trauma, loss of earnings, embarrassment etc of NIMASA DG Patrick Akpobolokemi was only about hatred.”
“Hatred because he is an Ijaw man, a Niger Delta indigene and because he was fortunate enough to have been appointed by PGEJ another Ijaw and Niger Delta man.”
“MADE BY LUGARD NIGERIA IS A COUNTRY OF EVIL, BY EVIL, FOR EVIL and we the children of the most high God, have no business in evil, with evil.”
“IT WILL END IN THE PRAISE OF GOD.”
