Social Media writer and columnist, Mr Charles Ogbu, has asked the Nigerian government to fight Boko Haram terrorists, killer Herdsmen and not the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
Ogbo who spoke to BBC Igbo Service in a live interview monitored by Orsu24news.com, lamented on the Nigerian government’s arrest and imprisonment of members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), whom he declared as innocent.
According to him, he said that an investigation conducted by an organization he belonged to, shows that over 12,000 IPOB members are being detained in verious prisons in South-East.
He adviced the Nigerian government to channel its fight to Boko Haram terrorists and killer herdsmen who are killing innocent Nigerians on daily basis.
Ogbu noted that the declaration of IPOB as a terrorist organization by the federal government was out of hatred and double-standard.
“A government who declared IPOB who have not killed any body a terrorist organization should have declared Fulani killer herdsmen as terrorists.”
“Global terrorism index listed Fulani killer herdsmen as terrrorist group,” he said.
Ogbu queried why the Nigerian government have not arrested killer herdsmen killing people as it arrested IPOB members for carrying flag.
Was it because the President of this country is a Fulani man, he asked.
